Pour repondre a Gabriel...

requirement :
ability to prepare 3rd level arcane spell..
race : elf or half-elf
Knowledge : astronomy 4 ranks
The candidate must spend a full week to study celestial body, observing the moon (s), the sun (s) and stars ... During this weeks, he can't eat, sleep or cast magic of any kind...Typically those candidates stands on wooden plateform on the top of the higher trees.
