Among items than can be a problem or a challenge for many DMs,
specially if they lack experience...
- Ring of spell turning
- Ring of regeneration
- Helm of teleportation
- Carpet of Flying
I suggest to avoid adding these items or at least be very cautious
considering the major impacts they can bring in the dynamic of your campaign/storyline!
Anyway... be careful what you allow in your players' evil hands!
